Ultraformer III is a clinically advanced skin rejuvenation device that uses High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) to deliver both micro-focused and macro-focused ultrasound energy deep into the skin. This non-invasive treatment is designed to tighten, lift, and stimulate collagen, while also targeting the SMAS layer—the same layer treated during surgical facelifts.

How Ultraformer III Works

Ultraformer III delivers ultrasound energy at multiple depths (1.5mm–13mm), initiating thermal coagulation at targeted zones. This triggers a controlled wound-healing response, which leads to:

Neocollagenesis – production of new collagen
Elastin remodelling – improving skin firmness
Gradual lifting of the treated area

The device utilises two modes of energy:

Micro-Focused Ultrasound (1.5mm–4.5mm): Stimulates collagen in the dermal layers, treating surface laxity, fine lines, and textural changes.
Macro-Focused Ultrasound (6mm–13mm): Targets deeper tissues and fat layers, ideal for jawline contouring, double chin, and mild volume reduction.

Importantly, Ultraformer III reaches the SMAS layer (4.5mm)—a fibromuscular layer responsible for facial structure—stimulating lift without the need for invasive surgery.
